Reflections
We decided to write our Sister Act due to our love of performing together, and it's ability to give us acting work if need be. We wrote, produced and performed our show achieving our goals.
Writing and producing our Sister Act, helped us better understand the process of writing a show and constructing quality content in the musical theatre world.

2. We will professionally film our Sister act so we will have a strong resource to send out and market ourselves to important people in the entertainment industry. This was the only part of our project we were unable to complete due to lack of time.
Our show is complete and performance ready, but we had to put off professional filming for now. We have every intention of getting this show filmed and sent out to prospectors once time allows us to. This EDGE project does not stop once we finish this class. We have created a resource that can be used and filmed many more times in the near future.
3. Performing this Sister Act, has given us an opportunity to showcase our talent and
receive feedback from mentors, friends, and family. We had an open rehearsal where we invited close friends and family and performed the show. People enjoyed the comedy, and relaxed interactive setting. We received feedback from our mentor Peter Sham who helped solidify our story and added to the comedic bits. It was very beneficial. We have plans to continue to workshop the script with mentors and friends as we perform it throughout our careers.
We are very thankful for SUU for this experimental learning because the EDGE program lives up to it's name by giving us an EDGE above other performers in the field. We now have a finished project that we can utilize for interviews, auditions, and our own personal shows. We are very satisfied with our project and look forward to using it for many years to come.
